Role Overview:

We are looking to fill a unique position where this individual has a strong background in graphic design and digital marketing strategies. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible to help bring Renin’s digital branding and communication materials to life. Primary duties include; combining creative graphic content and messaging with maintenance of Renin’s websites and social channels as well as execution of digital promotions, content & SEO. This individual will be a key component in executing Renin’s overall marketing strategy.

The incumbent is expected to demonstrate strong design capabilities and processes, ability to deliver projects on time and budget and the ability to apply high quality graphic concepts consistent with Renin’s brand and design standards. The Digital Marketing Specialist must demonstrate confidence and a collaborative attitude with all team members.

 Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Digital Marketing: Manage Renin’s family of websites to ensure the most up-to-date designs and tactics are being utilized to ensure visibility across the web ultimately leading to sales conversions or customer leads.
    • B2B & B2C experience with websites as Renin’s customers are end-users, retailers and wholesale customers.
    • Ability to manage and develop digital marketing campaigns consistent with company goals.
    • Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization, digital software, website tools and e-commerce strategies.
  • Branding & Communications: Ability to creatively showcase Renin’s brand across digital platforms to engage customers and end-users.
  • Highly proficient in current relevant industry software, primarily using Adobe CS6 or higher (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) on Mac & PC platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, video editing, CMS and HTML an asset.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with graphic design; desktop publishing and web page design software. Ensure all material outputs are consistent with Renin’s brand and have the ability to adapt and create necessary changes and upgrades when required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, create an effective filing system relevant to the business and implement process management systems to prioritize projects.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a large range of audiences including management, sales representatives, agencies and customers.
  • Requires an understanding of inter-related work processes to be able to adapt to differing assignments.
  • Ability to understand, re-create and add creative touches to high level technical details such as cross-sections, charts, etc.
  • Other communications and marketing initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • College diploma or University degree in the digital marketing space or similar field.
  • 5+ years’ experience.
  • Familiarity working from Design Standards / Style Guides (English, French and US Spanish)
  • Solid understanding of today’s digital and Omni-Channel marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Strong website management skills.
  • Experience in working with external agency or third-party vendors an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in digital media such as website development, Social Media and photo and video editing.
  • Ability to effectively balance priorities and ensure all materials are produced accurately and to specification in a timely manner
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment with other Graphic Designers and Project Managers.

Location

  • The individual will work from our Brampton, ON Head Office with some travel required.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Renin Canada Corporation provides a competitive performance-based compensation program that includes salary, reimbursement for any approved travel expenses, and access to a company-funded benefit program. Compensation will be based on each candidate’s specific qualifications, experience, and quantifiable accomplishments and results.

Performance Review and Assessment

  • There will be an annual performance review and assessment completed in March/April of each calendar year that will coincide with the completion and reconciliation of Renin’s corporate December fiscal year-end.

Role Overview:

The assembler is responsible for assembling various styles of finished bi-fold closet doors and sliding closet doors.

 Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

  • Operate a semi-automated assembly table to assemble product.
  • Cut product to size using bandsaw or other cutting machine.
  • Perform visual quality check on product.
  • Some heavy lifting may be required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area.
  • Follow all safety policies and procedures.
  • Any other related duties that may be requested by management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Formal Education:  High School diploma or equivalent.
  •  Knowledge/Skills: Have basic math skills, read a tape measure. Must have a cooperative attitude, strong attention to detail and the ability to work as a team. 
  • Communication Skills: The incumbent must possess basic oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with supervisors and co-workers.  Reading skills are necessary to insure correct parts are being used to assemble product.
  • Prior Experience:  6 months of manufacturing experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Mental Effort:  There is mental effort as a result of requirements to pay close attention to details.  Work performed has some variety, but changes are infrequent.
  • Physical Effort:  The Warehouse Tech performs about half of job driving forklift and the other half lifting, loading and walking. Some heavy lifting is required.
  • Working Conditions: Plant environment with regular exposure to uncomfortable physical factors.

Location

    • The individual will work from our manufacturing facility in Tupelo, MS.
