WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING LEAD TIMES?

After your Renin order confirmation is sent, please allow 2 business days before your order is shipped. Shipping times will vary; however, you should expect to receive your order within 5-10 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF I AM MISSING ANY PARTS?

Most product instruction manuals come with a parts list. If you are missing anything from your shipment, please fill out the Product Resolution Form and you will hear from a Customer Service Rep within 1 – 2 business days.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY PRODUCT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

If your product arrives damaged, please fill out the Product Resolution Form and you will hear from a Customer Service Rep within 1 – 2 business days.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

If you are an e-commerce customer, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information included. If you are a B2B or B2C Renin customer, enter your PO or Tracking Number in the Order Tracking Form.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

We are proud to design, manufacture and assemble many of our Renin sliding barn doors, closet doors, hardware and home decor in the United States and Canada. Our talented teams also design products which are manufactured in many other countries around the world where local expertise guarantee craftsmanship that Renin is proud to stand behind with our 5 Year Limited Warranty.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Renin accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE UNITED STATES AND CANADA?

We ship within the continental United States to the main provinces within Canada. We do not ship to Alaska, Puerto Rico or Hawaii ( United States ) or Newfoundland & Labrador,  or the northern territories ( Canada ) due to the large costs associated with shipping large items such as sliding barn doors and door hardware.
