Renin wants our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of delivery.
Upon receipt of your purchase, please ensure there has been no clear sign of damage to the box during transit. You may refuse delivery if you feel your purchase may have been damaged in transit. Please fill out the Product Resolution Form and we will contact you within 1 – 2 business days to help resolve the issue.
Please review the product contents to ensure that all components are included before beginning the installation process. Should you require any additional parts or discover concealed damage, please fill out the Product Resolution Form to help determine the best possible solution.
Please do not discard the box or shipping box your product arrived in until you are completely satisfied with your purchase and the 30-day guarantee has passed. Should you decide to return your product, we will ask that you provide an appropriate shipping carton to safely return the product.
Buyers remorse returns are the responsibility of the customer to pay for return shipping costs.
