Team Leader must support the Renin Corp core Values within their team and the organization; High Standards, Customer Obsession, Continuous Improvement, Simplicity, and Integrity.  They are primarily responsible for performing glass fabrication work and overseeing the operations for the department or function to ensure that it is operating in a safe, cost-effective manner to produce quality goods and to meet customer order delivery requirements.   The Team Leader is responsible for all Renin glass fabrication activities


  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
  • The incumbent must have an excellent understanding of glass fabrication processes, equipment, and materials used within the department.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies as well as health and safety legislation and policies.
  • Advanced motor skills are need when dealing with hand tools and heavy machinery.
  • Basic computer skills and soft people skills.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are required in order to give direction to staff, co-ordinate with managers and supervisors, and generate monthly status reports.


  • Minimum 3 years related experience in glass fabrication

Responsibilities include configuring equipment and calibrating gauge settings, recognizing conditions of dies, loading raw materials onto the equipment, feeding raw material through die, positioning, and removing parts from the die and completing quality inspections to ensure finished product meets expectations.


  • Load and unload die’s into steel punch presses (100 ton plus) as required
  • Set-up presses with appropriate dies and raw materials to run production requirements
  • Advise tool and die technician when press or die requires maintenance
  • Keeps a record of operational data and performs routine equipment maintenance
  • Run production and record as required
  • Operator monitors work schedule to ascertain production information, such as size, type, and quantity to be processed

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Must have direct experience and full proficiency in independently running punch press
  • 1-3 years related experience

Join the team at one of the industry leaders in Glass and Door manufacturing and installation. This is your chance to work for a forward-thinking company that puts employees first. This is an excellent opportunity for a subcontractor (Pieceworker) who lives near Hamilton & Niagara Region.

The materials will be delivered to a nearby warehouse where they can be picked up. The Installer is responsible for picking up the products, and the installation of all company supplied products. The products include but not limited to, mirrors, shelving, custom shower stalls, sliding closet doors, etc. On the job training will be provided.

The position will provide an allowance for using your own vehicle and working cellphone.


  • Ensure the highest standard of workmanship in accordance with Company and Site Standards
  • Obtain daily installation schedules from the Scheduling department, safely load material, and ensure safe and secure transportation to the job site.
  • Safely unload materials and distribute all material into the scheduled unit.
  • Professionally install and complete the required material per the daily schedule and report all errors or omissions and incomplete work to the scheduling office.
  • Maintain professional and positive relations with the Site Personnel and fellow workers.
  • Must attend all bi-weekly company communication meetings, and any required site orientations.
  • Must be willing to drive to Brampton to pick up materials, if required.

The Glass Operator – Level 1 is responsible for being able to operate all glass fabrication equipment including the cutting table, beveling/polishing machines, drilling machines, and shape beveling machines.


  1. Operates the automated glass cutting table line.
  2. Operates the glass polisher/beveller by loading and unloading the glass onto the machine.
  3. Sets up materials for that day’s orders.
  4. Operates drilling machines to make holes and notches in the glass as per order.
  5. Visually inspects glass to ensure quality and to reduce scrap.
  6. Reads tape measure and understands bevel gauges to ensure minimization of wasted product.
  7. Completes paperwork associated with scrap, quality audits, etc.
  8. Provides general housekeeping, as necessary.
  9. Counts and wraps glass as needed.
  10. Any other related duties that may be requested from time to time by the Team Lead, or Plant Manager.

The Bi-lingual Payroll Administrator is accountable for the timely and accurate processing of all hourly payroll for both the Brampton and Montreal location (approximately 200 employees). Excellence is measured by the keeping of accurate records, meeting legislation, maintaining department confidentiality, and creative problem-solving.


Wage and Salary Administration/Payroll Administration:

1. Prepares and verifies payroll for both Canadian locations,(Ontario and Quebec) including processing new hires, changes, leaves, bonuses, terminations, and benefits transactions to ensure timely payment of all employees.

2. Enforce the payroll regulations of both company policy and the Employment Standards Act. Responsible for the accurate calculation and processing of government remittances, severance, garnishments, ROE’s, pension adjustments, vacation pay, and other information in a confidential manner

3. Initiates, prepares, and communicates all year-end trials, adjustments, and reports to all applicable departments and government agencies. Prepares T2200s communications related to expenses and earnings.

4. Works with HR Manager to coordinate the payment of invoices on all Workers’ Compensation, benefits, and payroll costs.

5. Prepares annual T-4 and W2s for employees in Canada and the US and reviews for accuracy.

6. Maintains regular journal entries and payroll account reconciliations, and coordinates with Finance, as required.

7. Manage time-keeping systems to automate and upload into payroll software for ease and accuracy of payroll.

8. Update and maintain payroll procedures into the manual format and train backup support


1. Assist in the preparation and control of records, statistics, and reports regarding operations, personnel changes, etc.

2. Maintains employee relations by counseling employees on payroll and benefits issues.

The senior is responsible for forecasting models and cost accounting processes, ensuring our financial planning is healthy and profitable and aligns with business objectives.


  • Work closely with business partners within the company to understand and design dashboards to meet their analytical requirements, including identifying critical metrics
  • Build the tools, reports, dashboards, and scorecards that deliver and process vital data to partners in the business
  • Prepare and develop reports, presentations, and various materials for discussion at the executive level in power BI including the monthly reporting package
  • Assist with quarterly and annual forecasts and budgets
  • Provide assistance in preparing costing analysis for new products or new customers, review existing pricing models and provide recommendations
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all primary data sources for data used within the business and the ability to use these data sources for reporting purposes effectively

Reporting to the General Manager for Montreal, the HR Manager will be the go-to person for all employee-related issues.   • Coach and support managers on the HR component and the management of employee relations in a non-unionized environment
  • Analyze training needs and establish an annual plan. Accounting for training costs within the framework of the law of 1% of the wage bill
  • Ensure the recruitment of new employees and facilitate their integration in collaboration with department directors
  • Participate in all aspects of H&S by working closely with employees and supervisors
  • Participate in updating and drafting policies and procedures (for example: employee manual)
  • Manage the budget in connection with HR activities
